Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person shall not
operate any plant or machinery for cutting chaff during the prohibited burning
times or the restricted burning times unless at least one fire extinguisher is
provided at the site of the plant together with not less than 150 L of water
in a suitable container.
(2) Any requisition of
a bush fire control or forest officer shall be complied with by any person
operating the plant.
