Where —
(a) an
owner or occupier of land proposes to enter Crown land or a reserve or other
land pursuant to section 34(1) of the Act; or
(b) a
bush fire control officer proposes to enter Crown land or a reserve pursuant
to section 34(1AC) of the Act,
the owner or occupier
or the bush fire control officer, as the case may be, shall give to the
person, body or Government department responsible for the care, control and
management of the land upon which entry is proposed to be made at least
4 days notice of his intention to enter the land and shall give details
in the notice of the area in which he intends to carry out burning.
