BUSH FIRES REGULATIONS 1954 - REG 46

46 .         General offence

                A person who —

            (a)         commits a breach of any regulation for which a penalty is not expressly provided; or

            (b)         fails to comply with any condition on which a permit to burn is granted,

                is guilty of an offence.

        Penalty: $1 000.
