ensure that a record required to be kept under regulation 67,
68, 69, 70, 71 or 72 relating to an enrolled child is
kept in an up‑to‑date form and in a safe and secure area at the
place.
(2) A licensee must
ensure that a record required to be kept under regulation 67,
68, 69, 70, 71 or 72 relating to a former enrolled
child is kept in a safe and secure location.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
