Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A licensee must ensure
that information recorded under regulation 67, 68, 69,
70, 71 or 72 is not directly or indirectly disclosed or
communicated to another person except —
(a) as
required or permitted under the Act or any other written law; or
(b) with
the written authorisation of the person or, in the case of a child, a parent
of the child, to whom the information relates.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
