CHILD CARE SERVICES (CHILD CARE) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 75

75 .         Falsification of records

                A person must not falsify a record kept under regulation 67,  68,  69,  70,  71 or  72.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
