(1) If the Chief
Officer suspends or cancels a licence, the holder must return it to the Chief
Officer within 14 days after the date of receiving the notice.
(2) A person who
receives such a notice and who, without a reasonable excuse, does not return
the licence commits an offence.
Penalty: a level 3 fine.
(3) The Chief Officer
may terminate the suspension of a licence at any time by giving the holder a
written notice of the fact.
