FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 107

107 .         Flora and fauna not to be introduced without approval

                A person must not introduce any species of flora or fauna to the reserve, unless that person has first obtained the written approval of the CEO and the Department of Conservation and Land Management  1 .

        Penalty: $2 000.
