(1) A person must not
fish for a commercial purpose in the Cottesloe Reef waters.
Penalty: $2 000 and the penalty provided in
section 222 of the Act.
(2) A person must not
engage in recreational fishing in the Cottesloe Reef waters.
Penalty: $2 000 and the penalty provided in
section 222 of the Act.
(3)
Subregulation (2) does not apply to —
(a) a
person who fishes for an abalone; or
(b) a
person who fishes for a rock lobster; or
(c) a
person who fishes for an osteichthyes using a single rod and line.
(4) A person must not
deposit, or cause or permit to be deposited, blood or offal in the Cottesloe
Reef waters.
Penalty: $2 000.
(5) A person must not
use a jet ski in the Cottesloe Reef waters.
Penalty: $1 000.
(6) A person must not
anchor a boat in the Cottesloe Reef waters.
Penalty: $1 000.
