Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) In any proceedings
for an offence against section 51 of the Act, in the absence of proof to
the contrary —
(a) a
person using, or in control of, a vehicle in which fish are found is taken to
be in possession of the fish; and
(b) a
person using or in control of a refrigerator, freezer, icebox, or other
storage device in which fish are found is taken to be in possession of the
fish.
