FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 5

5 .         Classes of fish prescribed (Act s. 4(1) process )

                Rock lobster and marron are fish of a prescribed class for the purpose of the definition of process in section 4(1) of the Act.
