FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 91

91 .         Site of unauthorised structure to be cleared completely

                A person who is directed to remove an unauthorised structure under regulation 88(1) must clear the site of residual materials and rubbish.

        Penalty: $2 000.
