(1) Where a matter or
thing in relation to a public building is required under these regulations or
a condition imposed in relation to a variation of a certificate of approval or
is required to conform to any requirement specified in these regulations or
such a condition and is omitted or does not conform to the requirements so
specified then unless these regulations otherwise provide the owner or
occupier of the public building is guilty of an offence.
(2) Where an act is
required to be done or is forbidden to be done under these regulations or a
condition imposed in relation to a variation of a certificate of approval and
is omitted to be done or is done in contravention of these regulations or such
a condition then unless these regulations otherwise provide the occupier of
the public building is guilty of an offence.
