Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A person who commits
an offence against these regulations is liable on conviction to a penalty not
exceeding $1 000 and not less than —
(a) in
the case of a first offence, $100; and
(b) in
the case of a second offence, $200; and
(c) in
the case of a third or subsequent offence, $500,
and if the offence is
a continuing offence to a daily penalty not exceeding $100 and not less than
$50.
