Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations(r. 4 and 9)
The fees to be paid in relation to an application under section 176 of
the Act or regulation 9 shall be such amount as is in the opinion of the
local government equal to the cost of considering the application but shall
not exceed $871.
