(1) In this
regulation —
statutory action means any of the
following —
(a) a
decision made by the Council;
(b) an
action taken by the Council;
(c)
advice given, or a recommendation made, by the Council to the Minister.
(2) This regulation
applies if —
(a) an
advertisement is required or allowed under the Act in relation to a matter;
and
(b) the
Act does not otherwise specify the manner in which the advertisement must be
published.
(3) The advertisement
must be published on the Council’s website for a period of not less than
14 days commencing —
(a) if
the advertisement is of a statutory action — not later than
28 days after the making, taking or giving of the statutory action; or
(b)
otherwise — not later than 28 days after the Council becomes
aware that an advertisement is required or allowed in respect of the matter.
