NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 14A

14A .         Safe navigation of vessels

                No person shall navigate a vessel in such a manner as to — 

            (a)         endanger the safety of that or any other vessel or any person; or

            (b)         obstruct, impede or otherwise interfere with any other vessel.
