NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 19A

19A .         Speed limit in Swan and Canning Rivers

                Subject to regulations 48 and 48A, a person shall not cause a vessel to travel at a speed exceeding 10 knots in the waters of the Swan and Canning Rivers between the hours of sunset and sunrise.
