Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations Unless otherwise
provided, every person who by act or omission contravenes the provisions of
any regulation in this Part, or the provisions of any notice published under,
and by virtue of, this Part, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to
a fine of $500.
