NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 27

27 .         Explosives not to be landed on jetties

                Without the permission of the Department, no person shall land, place or handle on a jetty an explosive as defined in the Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007 regulation 8.
