NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 49F

49F .         Towing trick water skiers

                A person shall not drive a speed boat towing a person or persons engaged in the exercise of trick water ski‑‑ing so as to approach within 100 m of any landing or take‑off area.
