NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 51A

51A .         Motor boats not to emit smoke or vapour

                Except in the case of an emergency, a person shall not cause or permit a motor boat to emit smoke or vapour to such an extent as to cause danger, nuisance or annoyance to the public.
