(1) A licensed
plumbing contractor who carries out drainage plumbing work referred to in
subregulation (2) must give the Board a diagram of the work —
(a) in
the approved form;
(b) at
the same time as a certificate of compliance for the work is given to the
Board under regulation 42 or 45B.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $
5 000.
(2) Drainage plumbing
work for which a diagram must be given is drainage plumbing work that involves
the installation or alteration of pipes, materials or components that, once in
place, are not readily accessible.
