Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An authorised
person may, in a particular case, extend the period within which the modified
penalty specified in an infringement notice may be paid and the extension may
be allowed whether or not that period has elapsed.
(2) An authorised
person may not extend the period within which a modified penalty specified in
an infringement notice may be paid if the authorised person gave the
infringement notice.
