Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An authorised
person may, whether or not the modified penalty has been paid, withdraw an
infringement notice by sending to the alleged offender a notice in the form
set out in Schedule 4 Form 2 stating that the infringement notice
has been withdrawn.
(2) If an infringement
notice is withdrawn after the modified penalty has been paid, the amount is to
be refunded.
(3) An authorised
person may not withdraw an infringement notice if the authorised person gave
the infringement notice.
