Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The chief executive
officer may appoint as an escort or supervisor of a prisoner who is absent
from prison on an absence permit —
(a) a
prison officer; or
(b) a
contract worker as defined in the Court Security and Custodial Services
Act 1999 section 3; or
(c) any
other person who the chief executive officer thinks is fit to be appointed as
an escort or supervisor.
