RADIATION SAFETY (QUALIFICATIONS) REGULATIONS 1980 - REG 6

6 .         Penalty

                A person who commits the offence of contravening regulation 3 or a requirement made under regulation 4 is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1 000.
