ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 18

18 .         Who can issue certificates of inspection

                For the purposes of section 19(1) and regulation 24(2) only these persons may examine a vehicle and issue a certificate of inspection —

            (a)         a vehicle examiner;

            (b)         a police officer.
