under paragraph (b) of the definition of vehicle examiner in
section 70 by the CEO as a person to examine and test vehicles for the
purposes of the Act must ensure that evidence of the authorisation is
displayed at each inspection station at which the person examines vehicles in
the person’s capacity as a vehicle examiner.
