ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 407A

407A .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        tilt tray tow truck means a tow truck that is equipped with —

            (a)         a fixed or tilting platform or tray for the carriage of a motor vehicle; and

            (b)         a winch for loading a motor vehicle onto the platform or tray.
