ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 46

46 .         Vehicle use to be in accordance with permit

                A person must not drive, or cause or permit the driving of, a vehicle for which a permit has been granted, except in accordance with the permit.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;

            (b)         for a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.

        Modified penalty: 1 PU.
