Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A person must not use
or cause to be used a vehicle on which there is displayed a sign which
indicates that the vehicle or its load exceeds a dimension requirement, unless
at the time that the vehicle is so used, a sign of that kind is required to be
displayed on the vehicle by a permit.
Penalty:
(a) for
a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;
(b) for
a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.
Modified penalty: 1 PU.
