Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) In this
regulation —
personal details , in relation to a person,
means —
(a) the
person’s full name;
(b) the
address of where the person is currently living.
(2) A person who is a
licence holder of a vehicle must, within 21 days after each change to the
person’s personal details that are specified in the licence, give the
CEO notice of the change and of the new personal details either in writing or
in any other manner approved by the CEO.
Penalty for an offence under this subregulation:
(a) for
a first offence, a fine of 4 PU;
(b) for
a subsequent offence, a fine of 8 PU.
Modified penalty for an offence under this
subregulation: 1 PU.
