Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A volunteer strata
manager must table a national criminal record check obtained in relation to
the strata manager at a meeting of the strata company or the council of the
strata company at least once every 3 years.
(2) If a volunteer
strata manager is convicted of a property or dishonesty offence, the volunteer
strata manager must, as soon as practicable, notify the strata company in
writing of the particulars of the conviction.
