(1) A person
conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must give the regulator
written notice of any change in the information given in a notice under
regulation 403 before the change or as soon as practicable after the
person becomes aware of the change.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $1 450;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
(2) The person
must —
(a) keep
a copy of the notice given to the regulator while the lead risk work is
carried out at the workplace; and
(b)
ensure that a copy of the notice is readily accessible to a worker who is
likely to be exposed to lead, and the worker’s health and safety
representative.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $1 450;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
