Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A person conducting a
business or undertaking who commissioned health monitoring for a worker under
this Division must give a copy of the health monitoring report to all other
persons conducting businesses or undertakings who have a duty to provide
health monitoring for the worker as soon as practicable after obtaining the
report.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
