Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The regulator may
exempt a person or class of persons from compliance with a provision of these
regulations requiring the person or class of persons to hold a high risk work
licence.
(2) The exemption may
be granted on the written application of any person concerned.
