This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Board may
appoint a person to investigate a matter relevant to the performance of the
Board’s functions under this Act and report to the Board.
(2) The Board is to
issue to each investigator it appoints a certificate of appointment in an
approved form.
(3) A certificate
purporting to have been issued under this section is evidence in any court of
the appointment to which the certificate purports to relate.
