This legislation has been repealed.
(1) An investigator
must —
(a)
within such period as the Board requires prepare a report on the
investigation, and make recommendations as to the manner in which the matter
should be dealt with; and
(b)
immediately after preparing the report, provide the Board with a copy of the
report.
(2) The investigator
must return his or her certificate of appointment at the time the Board is
provided with a copy of the report.
