Should any officer of
the Port Authority divulge to any person not in the service of the Port
Authority any particulars contained in any ship’s manifest furnished to
the Port Authority, or should any officer divulge any information of a
confidential nature, or knowingly be a party to any act or procedure or
conspiracy to defraud the general revenue, he shall be liable to dismissal
from the service of the Port Authority.
