ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 177

177 .         Calculation of hire

                The time of hire shall be calculated from the hour of the ship’s coming alongside, to the hour of its casting off, in accordance with Part IV of the Second Schedule.
