The Port Authority is
not liable for any damage to, or any loss suffered by, any person in
consequence of an act of God, act of war, act of public enemies, strikes,
lock-outs or stoppage or restraint of labour from whatever cause, whether
partial or general, riots and civil commotions, or the use for the purposes of
war, of defence, or training or preparation for war or defence of any property
vested in the Port Authority.
