This legislation has been repealed.
A vessel or craft of
any description whatever that, between the hours of sunset and sunrise, lies
in tier outside of any ship or other craft moored to the shore or to any wharf
or mooring buoy or at anchor in the Harbour, shall, during those hours,
exhibit, on the side farthest from that ship or other craft and at its widest
part, a bright light so placed as to show a clear and unbroken light
completely round her off side from right ahead to right astern.
