The master of a vessel
shall not, except in unavoidable circumstances or with the permission of
the Harbour Master, beach the vessel within the Port and, where a vessel is
beached in the Port, the master or owner of the vessel shall cause the vessel
to be removed in accordance with the directions of the Harbour Master.
