This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A driver shall
drive his vehicle as nearly as practicable entirely within a single marked
lane or in a single line of traffic and shall not move laterally from any such
lane or line of traffic until he can do so with safety.
(2) Where, on the
approach side of an intersection, a portion of the road is divided
longitudinally by single, continuous lines, into 2 or more lanes, a
person shall not drive a vehicle across any of those lines.
(3) The provisions of
subregulation (2) of this regulation do not apply to a driver intending
to make a left turn, if his vehicle is more than 8 metres, in length.
