This legislation has been repealed.
Except where these
regulations otherwise provide, a driver on a two-way carriageway shall not
permit any portion of his vehicle to travel on or over or to the right of the
centre of the carriageway when —
(a)
approaching a crest of a gradient; or
(b)
approaching, or upon, a curve,
unless he can see
ahead for a distance sufficient to enable him to do so with safety or without
interfering with the progress of any oncoming vehicle.
