Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A driver shall
give way to a pedestrian who is on a pedestrian crossing.
(2) A driver shall not
permit any portion of his vehicle to enter upon a pedestrian crossing if a
vehicle headed in the same direction is stopped on the approach side of, or
upon, the pedestrian crossing, apparently for the purpose of complying with
subregulation (1) of this regulation.
