A motor vehicle shall
not be so constructed, loaded or equipped, nor may anything be fitted to it in
such a manner, as to prevent the driver from having a sufficient view of
traffic, on either side of the vehicle and in all directions in front of the
vehicle, to enable him to drive the vehicle with safety.
