This legislation has been repealed.
A television receiver,
when placed in a vehicle, shall be installed so that —
(a) no
part of the screen, is directly visible to the driver from the driving
position;
(b) no
part of the screen can distract the attention of the driver of any other motor
vehicle; and
(c) the
controls, other than the sound volume control and the main switch, are not
within the driver’s reach.
