I have seen a copy of Office Order No 1923 dated 24 12 2002 which was passed by the competent authority following reversion of Sh Agrahari from the post of SREO to the AEO (T) As per this order Sh Agrahari was placed in the pay scale of Rs 5500-175-9000 and his pay was fixed at Rs 9000/-i e maximum stage of the scale of pay as on 01 01 1996 Further that the competent authority had allowed Sh Agrahari two additional increments as stagnation increments in the scale v Union of India through the Secretary - Case
